COMPLETE JOKE, WE LOVE JERSEY MIKES BUT THIS LOCATION COULDN'T FIGHT THEIR WAY OUT OF A PAPER BAG. THE LAST 3 WEEKS WE HAVE ORDERED AT LEAST 9 SANDWICHES, AND NOT ONE TIME HAS ONE OF THE SANDWICHES BEEN CORRECT. WE ORDERED 9 SANDWICHES AND RECEIVED 10, BUT NOT EVEN THE 10TH SANDWICH WAS CORRECT. These folks are the best! The meat doesn't sit around in piles, it's sliced fresh to order when you pick out a sandwich. Then you watch them build it right in front of you. Second time trying this place. I'm not impressed. Sandwich was quite small for 10 dollars. I got a bottle of Pepsi. 14 dollars total. I'll stick with Jimmy John's. They have better prices and better service.

I have stopped here many a night and placed an order - the same sandwich every time. I went in this evening a little after 8;00 and the guy who took my order was so disinterested. I had to repeat order because he wasn't paying attention. I said the number and the name. I should have known something was up because it was done so fast. I drove home. I unwrapped the sandwich as I skipped lunch so I was starving. It was the wrong sandwich!!! I called and no one picked up because the store was busy. I called again and the guy said he realized the mistake and started to offer an option. Yes I cut him off because I am cranky. All I wanted was my sandwich. I should have gone to Panera.
