Staff are lazy and inattentive. The cook is oblivious to food temps. Couldn't cook a medium steak if their life depended on it. So typical for Hilton quality. Has a great atmosphere for a hotel. My partner and I sat down and were the only 2 in the place. Ordered the Steak and Sausage and Peppers. I’m not sure how they managed to bring it to us cold. Steak was over cooked. Not medium rare. We ended up getting food poisoning. Food: 1
