Chinese dumplings here are so good!! We tried shrimp rice noodle, soup dumplings, and bao buns. Udon noodles were also really delicious. This place is under the radar for sure. Staff is extremely friendly. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Xiaolongbao

We walked in with no bias or expectations. Service was so welcoming and friendly. We went in about 2pm and left by 2:30pm. We ordered the pork Dan Dan Noodles, spiced as they come, chicken soup Dumplings, and Jasmine green tea. Careful because they are very hot! Let the dumplings cool off a bit! It was brought to us with smiles as we were excited to try it! We enjoyed our time together there. The environment was great! We enjoyed the music they were playing today. It was an older style ragtime type of music. Different! But we loved it! I recommend trying this place out if you haven’t already. We will be back soon. I’m so sad to say this place was pretty terrible. The hostess was so sweet upon arrival. I wanted it to be great! After waiting 45 minutes for a small noodle dish, I decided to ask on the timeline of when it would be done. I could tell the hostess was bothered by that, and she made it seem like it was my fault for not ordering sooner (although two tables that arrived after me were served before me). She let me know a few more minutes. I didn’t read any reviews before going to the restaurant, and upon reading them I would agree with all one star reviews… if I’m going to wait 45 minutes the food better be either incredible or at least close. It was actually on the low end. I found a total of six pieces of meat slivers in a the shrimp, beef and chicken noodle choice. And the “veggies” were two pieces of cabbage. The noodles had no flavor. Owners, you could do something great with this place, if you offer excellent service, perhaps the food issue would be overlooked some, until you figure things out. OR have shabby service but kick butt with the best Chinese food in Eastern WA! We wish you well. I would not eat there again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We LOVE Noodle Thyme! Karen is extremely friendly and kind. This is a family owned restaurant. Kid friendly. You haven’t lived till you try the String Bean Beef! And I just love the BBQ Pork buns Mmmm… and the Salt and Pepper chicken so flavorful. The BEST in the Tri. Usually ppl have to travel to idk maybe the Seattle area for a great family style Asian restaurant but luckily for the ppl in the area and in the lower or in Yakima county this gem is right here, it's a little over an hour drive for me personally, and it's worth it and will continue to go there as much as I can! It's one of those places where you can definitely not be afraid to try anything because you will enjoy it. Pics are: egg plant with tofu- delicious and I hate tofu. Chicken with string beans: So so good, they put alot of love into that dish. Beef noodle soup: If you come here please try this because you won't regret it. White rice & Egg flower soup with corn: 2,000 out of 10. Wontons in garlic chilie oil: it will take you out and treat you the way you wanna be treated. So we just moved from Portland to Boardman which has nothing to offer. One Friday I decided to cross the river to see some civilization and goodie took me to this Chinese joint and I was a happy camper!! Karen is extremely friendly and helpful, I could literally order everything off the menu but being I was there by myself and didn’t want to lug around town with left over, I only ordered Braised Beef Noodle Soup, Garlic spicy wonton, and XiaoLongBao. They were all LEGIT let me tell you!! The spicy wonton really hit the spot, yes the $10.99 price tag might be a little more than what you would pay for an appetizer but honestly you get a lot for the buck. The beef noodle soup reminds me of my mom, if I have to nitpick it’s a tad bit on the salty side for me but again I rarely use salt when I cook so there you go. The XiaoLongBao, okay if you gonna judge it against DingTaiFong then it’s not close in terms of craftsmanship, but you know it’s homemade with good ingredient and very tasty.
