Sort of reasonable prices. Difficult to impossible hours. Really yucky cookies. Yucky recipe they use. Bad recipe plus less than half baked equals gross. Hopefully INSOMNIA COOKIES will make their way to Schenectady. Better make your own cookies at home from store-bought cookie dough or even make your own from scratch. Walked in to try to figure out what the place was about possibly order some cookies got yelled at that it's going to be a long wait.. not even a hello or how are you tonight no customer service skills then walked in the back ignored us inserted yelling at somebody else that there's four people out there
