Great management. I had just drove in from Houston after having aa family weekend and was in a time crunch and needed to wash clothes and eat and this place has it all. Got to eat and then even had ice cream to satisfy my sweet tooth. Great people. I recommend the strawberry ice cream. Amazing! This is my second time coming here. The first time the staff was super helpful bc I need sugar free and low sugar food and drinks. They talked me through my options and the tea I had was good. This time they have food(deez snacks😂). I had the link basket without the sides. The sauce was really good and the links were cooked well. The staff, although different, was still just as helpful. My order was made exactly the way I asked. I had a pineapple passion tea that was exquisite. It wasn’t too sweet and it was very refreshing, like something I’ve ordered on a cruise ship. It’s next to the laundromat so super convenient. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I love Nature Coffee Shop!. I have tried pretty much everything on the menu. So whatever you order you won't go wrong. The atmosphere is very nice, It's an area I can sit in and study as I sip on my tasty beverage.Thank you to Rich and the staff for providing great coffee and tea but most importantly, thank you for the great customer service! (Part 2 of 2) "Service was excellent", "quick and friendly", "nice people" say other reviews. All true. I started first with, "Tell me, what's good here?" and the young girl barista answered cheerfully explaining what she liked. Because of her enthusiasm, I chose to give a tip. After Rich got his bearings, he chatted pleasantly with my friend and I, and encouraged us to write a review. The moment he was out of earshot, my friend gave me a wary look that seemed to say 'Does he realize how long we've sat here?' I returned his look with a wary one of my own, but neither of us spoke anything out loud not wanting to be overheard. It strikes me now that, perhaps, neither of them thought to ask "Have you been waiting for service long?" because some of the patrons from the laundromat also sat in café chairs to wait. It was likely not clear which service my friend and I were waiting on. I give the food 4 stars. I struggled to determine this rating, and it's a collection of mishaps, not just one glaring issue. NC&IC's thing is coffee and snacks; don't go expecting a gourmet meal. I got the Hazelnut White Chocolate--one of their premium coffees, which means it's something of an original recipe. It was sweet. Not too hot. Something of a dessert coffee. I would have loved this as a shaved ice drink. The barista made a comment, "we have iced coffee, but we don't make frappuchios." Aw, dude (I know, I said I wanted a place that wasn't Starbucks but it still hurt a little)! I hadn't planned on getting a food item, but the barista suggested nachos with coffee was good, so I took her up on it. I was surprised to find I could select from a variety of chips, including tortilla, Cheetos, lays potato, and fritos. That last choice gave me a sharp craving for their Frito Pie and I changed my order...only, I had to change it back because they were out of fritos. Aw, dude! Last thing: why is there a flashing menu? I don't mean "flashing" like that of a camera but, like, you-got-five-seconds-before-this-Youtube-ad-interrupts-your-aw-dude!-too-late, kind of flashing. The menus cycled at least four times before I made up my mind. It was kinda frustrating. Suggestion: go the chalkboard route. It works for the coffee/tea selections, it'll work for your food selections as well. Either that or, please, someone, take a picture of the all the menu items and post them to Google Maps, Yelp, Roadtrippers, ect, until Rich and his team can get a proper website up. I hope I have respectfully aired my thoughts about NC&IC. In case you're wondering, this thing took about 4 hours to write! My friend and I will likely visit again in the future, but we shall give them some time to develop first. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
