Myers use to be our favorite place to eat, best restaurant in valdese, not any more since new management has taken over this place literally sucks! The food is not as good as before they charge the same price and cut back on their quality of food, you dont get what you pay for,. And the new management is Rude and not nice..Save ya money and go to McDonald’s..

We went months ago the food wasn't good or service place wasn't clean. But since the new remodeling n menu change give it a 5 star we were very exited about our food n service and the place very clean. We got chicken tenders was real chicken not frozen very crispy. Please go back now it has really been updated. Very nice sweet girls work there. 👌 👍 😊 we will be back wanted icecream but was so full.... Ordered lunch online. Burger combos with onion rings and mac n cheese. Prompt has you select a salad dressing even though you do not get a salad. We received under cooked fries for all combos (not just soft..insides were still hard) instead of the sides we ordered. Burgers are said to be hand pattied and are pattied much smaller than the buns. Ordered online from work and headed to Myras, called to see how long it would take and told it was about done after I gave them my name for my order. Got there and was not done at all, machine didn't print out order ticket. When called up for order my second burger was missing waited for that then once I got home to eat with my girlfriend both our burgers were still pink in the inside. Not light pink but pink all the way inside only outside was cooked. Only good and cooked food was the cheese sticks. Will not be back again, and hope we don't get sick from it. We had a great experience at Myra's. We are not from the area and the gentleman, Rich, who served us was very helpful. He shared the best items on the menu as well as some cool places around to visit. We will definitely stop in again when we come back to the area!
