Staff was pleasant. However, we ordered 6 breakfast bagels and they were so incredibly soggy we could only choke down half of it. Doesn't seem like they toast the bagels before making the sandwiches so beware before getting one here. (We ate the sandwiches right after they were made so them getting soggy had nothing to do with them sitting too long). Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

15 minute wait for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and it was not busy. disorganized. people who ordered after me were getting there'a before. not short staffed.... there was like 10 people working. then my bagel was cold. Bagels are fairly priced but a bit disappointing. They taste and have a texture like they were microwaved. the salmon on my lox bagel was fresh but the quality of the bagel really held it back.
