I recently had a disappoint experience at Moe's located at 101 Bear Creek Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. Upon arriving at the restaurant at 8:55PM, I was greeted with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the staff members. Instead of politely informing me that the restaurant was closing soon, the individual yelled at me GET OUT!, with no regards to customer service or common courtesy.
The fact that the door was still open and other customers were still dining inside only added to the embarrassment and discomfort of the situation. The overall lack of professionalism and me with a negative impression.
This was on 3/6/2024. Is not food issue or anything else just that guy with no empathy.

Dirty place and the food is always questionable. There is a self serve soda machine which has been broken/“out or service” for almost two years, a perfect example of how much they care about their business.

Fantastic place! Fantastic food! And great for vegetarians. Salads. Tacos. Burritos. All great as well as their homemade chips and salsa! You won't go home hungry!

Good place but, dirty. From the floors to the walls. Food is literally splashed everywhere.
Bathrooms are bad too. I'm sure the kitchen is very clean....
