First time for us. Got Milano's mailer. We are very close so we got lunch there today. My wife got the chicken alfredo pizza...and liked it. Took it home. I had the Gyros Sandwich...and loved it. The good: Food was great. Much closer to legit Italian than a lot of places in Longview. Marinara was a little oiler than I like, and the spaghetti was a few minutes past Al dente, but still delicious. Bruschetta was different but delightful—had a bit of a pesto thing going on! Portions are huge. You’ll easily get 2 meals out of the entree. The too bad: Extra charge to use a credit card. I get it, everything is more expensive. We spent $60 between the two of us. Feels like a slap in the face at the end of a good meal. The good to know: BYOB—they provided wine glasses and a cork screw. Some awkward dynamics among the staff. Didn’t affect the meal or the service but noticeable. Apparently the owner is also the cook. Would definitely eat here again.
