Absolutely shocking delivery service, ordered twice through the app and not received any food either times. Driver marks as delivered even when on map and showing as miles away. Seems the young staff of you can call them that, are more interested in having conversations with each other and let people's food go called then serve customers. Had to ask for a replacement meal as 2 stupid girls decided to have a conversation with each other, I was sat waiting at the window for 7 minutes, only for them to apologise to me and said sorry I forgot here's your order, I said no thanks I'll have a fresh meal and not a cold one, yeh she rolled her eyes closed the window and walked off, talking about me as the other girl kept looking and then answering her. Only every use the drive through and normally very late as work shifts staff are always very cheerful and food is normally served very swiftly .
