Goodness me… iv never felt so undervalued as a customer.. it must had been the girls first day because it was such poor service. Drive through server was interacting and laughing with her colleagues and what sounded like her “mum” ..? Gave us the bags without giving eye contact.. I waited for our drinks looking at her to gain eye contact for at leas 5 mins as she couldn’t hear me whilst she was shouting and laughing with her colleagues. She gave me the next persons order! When I asked for my drinks and sauces she was extremely rude and didn’t even give us straws until I asked! It’s laughable as I’m sure the manager in a white shirt was pitching in on their childish banter !!!! Never have I ever seen such bad service..

This is where we like to come for our McDonald's. The food is as you would expect exactly what you order. We had Stephanie serve us at the desk as we were paying cash. She was bubbly, helpful and friendly. Nothing was any trouble, she interacted with my children and loved the fact that my little boy wanted a cup of tea haha.
