Thumbs up on the recent renovations. Thumbs down for removing the self serve soda machines and no more free refills. That's pretty cheap of you McDonald's. Shame. Last time I saw cheapness on this level I was in Europe. Charge 3 bucks for a soda and no free refills. And no, they won't refill it for you at the counter either . This has got to be the busiest McDonald's in the state. 24 hours a day they have a line. Oh, and there's a sign limiting WiFi use to 30 minutes. So cheap and they've been making bank for 20 years . First I wanna say I’m a McDonalds aficionado, So don’t take this lightly. This is one of, if not the best Store yet. Clean, very modern store, The sandwich were the closest to the pictures, perfectly fresh, felt it was just done, I order multiple things And everything was perfect spot on Beautiful store, great customer service IM blown away with everything 😍🥰😍🥰 Wow I wonder if this is a brand new unit, hope they keep it like this ! Dec 30th 2023 at 1:00pm. I decided to dine in at McDonald's. ordered a large coke and two small fries from the manager. The coke was halfway full. The fries were okay, but not as advertised. I had to tell the manager to fill my cup to the top. She also declined, so I went to the counter and demanded. She added another drink to the cup to make it full. This may be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The employees were fine, but the layout of the drive-thru and "contactless ordering" were terrible. It feels like a cost cutting measure meant to maximize profit while detracting from the customer experience.

The coffee was only a dollar in the app but the first cup was ice cold. Returned to window and new cup was luke-warm, but not mixed well. I WILL NEVER WALK INSIDE AND ODER AGAIN! The place was empty and there are only kiosks to order food. I stood at the pick up window and tried to get someone's attention for 3 minutes, nothing. Then I stepped into the kitchen, and an woman, wearing a winter hat said she would help me in a minute. Her tone wasn't pleasant. I needed to pay for my meal because I went to the kiosk where you can only pay by arch or something else; it's not marked. Then a manager, someone wearing a grey pull over sweater, with a black zipper came to the counter. I was upset by then. I shared my complaint, telling him I was going to give my review one star and he responded "I do the job of four people, so how do you think I feel." I told him it wasn't his fault. This guy is the same person who called my order number 113. I had just seen him call someone else's order, actually hand it to them, asking if they needed any ketchup and she said no. After calling my order, he walked away and I had to wait 2 minutes before someone noticed I was there and asked how they could help me. I guess he was upset that I complained to him and took it out on me. I GOT NO NAPKINS IN MY ORDER BECAUSE THE GUY EANTED ME TO LEAVE ASAP. I said I needed ketchup. The girl gave me some and told me to have a nice day. Now when you go through the drive thru, it's totally different. Everyone is so nice and polite and you never have a problem.
