Rarely eat McDonald's, but my daughter wanted a chicken nugget Happy meal. I used curbside to order her food and myself a 6 piece plus medium fry. So when the employee came out with our food, I noticed she seemed reluctant to hand it to me. I didn't think much about it at the time. We ate our food and went home. Im glad I'm only passing through cause I'm never stopping here again. Kudos to the people here for the cleanliness at least, but clean doesn't cover for undercooked fries and stale buns. Actually a pretty good Mcdonalds location -- service was real fast, the staff was friendly and helpful, and, the french fries were about as perfect as I've ever had. This may be "middle of nowhere" but -- it's rather good actually. Recommended. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I stood at the counter waiting for 15 minutes for a person to receive my payment from the kiosk. At least several other people were discouraged and left. They aren't that short on help if people are standing around that someone can't stay at the register to complete orders. FAST? Not hardly. Thirty two minutes from the time I walked in the door before I got my order. Poor management and horrible service. Although slightly more expensive, WHATABURGER is right next door, with prompt service and fresh food.

I got my food tonight to just turn all the way around because it was messed up. They put baby burger patties on a BIG MAC!! French fries was cold and hard. HOW HARD IS IT TO SO YOUR JOB!! I worked for McDonald's in Dayton and liberty, no reason to be so lazy you can't remake food you messed up! Nora was night manager idk who kitchen was but I will get my money back or food remade.
