After 10 pm every day, the machine that prepares the shakes will go down EVERYDAY. if the store is understaffed then they should mention that they are not serving shakes after 10 pm. App shows that they have shakes. But when we go to the drive thru and order it, they have an automatic reply stating that " the machine is down". They're very sweet here I must say. I met the manager once because my food was not fresh and she was smiley and very considerate. She got me a fresh batch and offered me anything else I wanted. I declined the extra food but really appreciated the customer service.

I order here a lot. They've never messed up my order and they're always very nice. It's like Chick-fil-A customer service and I've never seen that at any other McDonald's. And the line goes super quick too.

If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars I will! Breakfast starts at 5am the last few times I’ve gotten off work they are either simply not answering the speaker or they just aren’t serving breakfast! Change the times if breakfast isn’t going to start at 5! Such an inconvenience! I will not be back! Service: 1

Had a very long day and needed to feed family dinner, then head to urgent care. Issues ordering online while we sat in parking lot. *came to find out both orders went thru- wth?!? McDonald's had us waiting over an hour. Told husband they threw our food away bc it was just sitting on counter(we parked on wrong side) we didn't know bc we don't order curbside McDonald's. As an athlete, I'm not suppose to be eating this unhealthy food anyways. But how do you burn the bread on a Egg Mcmuffin smh. I asked them for no Canadian bacon on both of my 2 for 5 and they put bacon on one, and when I returned it, guess what they did? Of course instead of making a fresh one, they take off the bacon and give it right back to you lol. Never again. I blame myself. And my hash brown wasn't fresh how I like it.
