Without a doubt, one of the most poorly run McDonalds I have ever been to. I will never frequent this place again. Huge lines in the drive through, nasty guy who wears headphones to make himself look important, and just an all around cluster when it comes to filling orders. If it's this bad out front, it must be really scary in the food prep area. If you want to see how a drive through should be run, check out the Chick-Fil-A just down the street! This McDonald's so just so bad. I've gotten hard as rock (probably expired) Big Mac buns twice. Ordered double burgers and got only one patty. And ordered a double quarter pounder no bun and got one with a plain bun instead of a sesame bun. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but there's no improvement at all. Night shift: Spent 2 hours in drive thru for a 10 piece and medium fry. Card machine always down and employees always rude. Day shift is hit or miss, older woman got my order wrong then was rude when I politely asked for the correct order. On the other hand a sweet younger girl was very kind and helpful to me. Recently ordered on the mobile app, used our earned points for a free item, plus ordered other food, after going to the drive thru to pick up mobile order, we were told "can't do your mobile order, machine is down,cash only". Umm it did take our money off our card, money was put back on card but kept our earned points, this McDonald's is Not always open 24 hours. The McDonalds was fine. Quick drive thru, friendly staff. But the food was awful. I haven't eaten breakfast at McDonalds in quite some time. My family thinks I'm blasphemous because I like McDonalds southern chicken biscuit more than Chick fil a. But this biscuit was a flat, square, pepper nugget, barely the size of the bun and only 1/4 in thick. Absolutely awful. Food: 1 Service: 4

I don’t know what the problem is but the new night shift workers are SO RUDE! I went to the drive thru at around 10 PM and I got a happy meal, a medium fry, and a coke zero. Total was somehow $15? So I asked for my receipt, she told me she couldn’t hear me the first time with a lot of huffs, puffs, and she gave me a horrible look. I politely asked again and when she heard me she looked at me like i was crazy for asking for a receipt. She turned around and said to the other employees “HA this girl wants a receipt” then they all looked at me like i was crazy for even asking. She gave me my drinks, closed the window, few minutes go by, never gave me my receipt and basically they just waited for me to leave the drive thru. So yeah, I left, without my receipt. I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed just because I asked for a receipt. This was a simple thing to ask for, not trying to be a Karen but why did I get treated like this? Not to mention, the food was very very old. Overall, horrible experience and I really hope they hire new people for night shift. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

These people are so incredibly rude. Her attitude was sour as soon as I pulled in to order. The lady was getting aggravated at us when we simply asked her to repeat something. A lot of huffs and puffs, and a really rude tone in her voice. Also, when you get your food, they like to slam the drive thru window in your face, before you can even ask for sauce. If you are going to work in fast food and customer service, you need to have the right attitude. And Mcdonalds needs to hire better people. By far this is the best McDonald's that Hall county has. Not only are they polite and accurate, but the food is always fresher and hotter than the one on Jesse Jewell at Kroger or the one on Jesse Jewell next to Dunkin. It's clean. Food and service were good; however, they appear to allow the local homeless hang out inside. 2 of them hanging out and wandering around inside right by condiments and soda machine.
