Multiple times now I’ve placed a mobile order and arrived at the restaurant with doors locked. One time the drive thru wasn’t even open so I had no way to get my order at all. I knocked on all of the windows and the person inside never even looked and the phone was off the hook. Today the drive thru was open so I just had to wait a really long time, but it’s ridiculous to have the doors locked at 8:30 in the morning with no signs or anything stating what’s going on. The mobile app shouldn’t be taking orders if they aren’t open or shouldn’t be allowing for counter pick up if their doors are locked. It's McDonald's. They have decent fries and that's all they've got going for them. My last visit this location look especially clean. What used to be easily affordable fast food has become more of a fast food joint that's not worth the price. Go to your local pizzeria and buy a burger from them for the same price or cheaper plus it'll be better quality. I will say that this location as opposed to the one in Downingtown looks nicer and they even have electronic tablet things for children to play on. The staff here was very nice, they kindly fixed the order I messed up putting in on the ordering kiosk. Although Downingtown has better fries somehow. The food is Always older food and on the cold side. I have Never had a meal from that McDonalds that was fresh or hot. It's the only McDonalds near me, which is the only reason I've repeated a visit there, out of necessity. The employees in drive-through, for the most part, have been short, rude, or not what I consider professional. No matter your job, do it with kindness, professionalism, and to your best ability. I worked fast food as a kid and got tips.( not requested, like these days, I was just doing my job ! Definitely the norm...) Last weekend I was really craving chicken nuggets so we stopped here after the gym. My girlfriend had a chicken sandwich, but I had the nuggies. I asked for honey mustard dipping sauce, but instead they gave me a sweet and sour and a BBQ. It was still good, honestly.
