I stood at the counter about 12 minutes before any employees acknowledged me, then the young lady was hateful. My mother was taking the last bites of her Big Mac this evening and bit straight into an OPEN black safety pin INSIDE THE SANDWICH!!! I have never been more disgusted or appalled at a food facility. This is not only absolutely disgusting - it is DANGEROUS. The fact that as restaurant could allow this to happen is absolutely terrifying!! Upper management has been contacted and we plan to continue to follow through with this, there is zero excuse for putting someone in REAL danger like this. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!
