One hour wait for two mcdoubles and a large fry. Drive through at standstill for over 15 minutes. Update: Still trash. Waited at speaker so long app deal expired and couldn't get a new code unless I waited another 5 minutes. I just ended up leaving. This should not be a thing that happens at a fast food restaurant. The food often comes slowly and more times than not incorrectly. With the amount of time I have to waste, just to get my food I spent my money on to get quickly, I should be getting paid to eat here not the other way around. If it takes an hour to get food from a fast food place you are paying with time and money. Too much time for the price of items. Let's be honest the food isn't worth half the price even if it didn't take much time. Nonetheless, it will take more time than you cooking a full course meal yourself and cost more. Costa family owns this McDonald's. In the past I have tried to provide them feedback and they don't care. I've sent emails and even get an automatic reply that they will reach out and they never do. There is a number posted for them at the drive thru to reach out to them, but it is false because you will not get anyone. I've left a message and they don't respond. They have more than once shown me they don't care. They want you to spend your money there, but you the customer mean nothing to them.
