This location is hit or miss. You just never know what type of service you are going to get. It depends on the day and time that you go. I suggest going inside versus that drive thru unless you are just ordering a drink Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

After sitting I. The drive thru for 20 minutes, and being told “we will take ur order shortly” Twice!!! We was told they are no longer taking orders! Probably the worst McDonalds experience I ever had ! Service: 1

Slowest service I've ever had! Placed a mobile order while I walked in from the parking lot hoping to get a quick bite on the road. It took over 30 minutes to get my food. Enormous waste of my time. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of, if not the worst McDonald’s in the northern Virginia area, never has all the kiosks working, the ones that do have a messed up card reader, you can’t print your receipt to go take it to the counter because the machine that prints receipts doesn’t work, the drive-through line is always wrapped through the parking lot and out of the lot, you would be better off going somewhere 10 minutes out of the way and you would still have your stuff first. I stopped by there on my way home late on Sunday evening (like 10ish) and the line of the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. With that drive-thru you cannot get out until you're at the order screen. So I was in line like 30 mins! While I waited, I looked inside to see only TWO employees running the whole place! When I got to the window I asked if it was just them and he said yep 3 employees, one guy on the grill, one taking orders, one taking payments and beverages. With all that going on, my order was hot, fresh and CORRECT! And the service was friendly. When does that EVER happen at McDonald's?! I never expect that at McDonald's but these guys kept the place running and well! I said a prayer for them because man... McDonald's would've been closed that night if I was working there! I totally love this McDonald's the staff don't get paid enough. If you're lucky go in the mornings and ask for Alex to make your breakfast sandwich you can thank me later folks also I highly recommend using the McDonald's app to maximize your visit with deals that can't be beat..
