Go in there soon after they open at 5 and they literally are rude cause they are never prepared. FYI if you open at 5 maybe show up earlier to prepare instead of rising in at 5:05 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The employees here rush you while you’re ordering your food in the drive through just to mess up your order and not give you what you asked for. Then when u tell them you’re missing an item, the response I got was oh they only charged you for one. Well that’s not my fault as a customer when I asked for 2. If the employee who took my order wasn’t so busy rushing me with my order he would Heard me when I said I wanted two of the same items. The customer service experience here really sucks and I doubt that I will be back or recommend anyone to this location. I seriously recommend better training for your employees and stop rushing your customers in the drive-through just to get their order wrong. And when I asked for them to fix my order, when they gave it back to me the second time it was still wrong🙄 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Where do I even start with the McDonald’s on Martin Luther King. Perfect place to grab a tasty bite to eat. Great place to do cocaine I’ve heard and ask for free food or money from strangers. Right in the best area of New Britain. I am not going to lie, the interior could use some cleaning, but the food, atmosphere and service are great. Of course, anyone can have a bad day so don't become upset if the person serving you doesn't have a smile on their face. We are all just trying to get by in life, so let's take it easy on them. We could just remind them that "this too shall pass." Be grateful to your servers. They weren't taking orders through the drive thru at 8:55 am. When I went inside, they said they weren't taking orders for the breakfast burritos. Wasted 1/2 hr waiting in line inside for nothing. Waste of time. How can you not take orders for breakfast at 8:55 am? Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Owner Keith is very rude and disrespectful, I’m surprised he has customers at all with his attitude. I asked to speak with him regarding an issue I had with my order and he completely brushed me off and ignored me, show some respect for your customers. Do better Keith. Manuel P., drive-thru order taker, & Neishkly T., manager were EXCELLENT on Monday. We were ordering for 11 in the drive-thru. Manuel was quite patient with me, despite my impatience. And with a big order, he took initiative, and when we arrived at the pay window, the Manager Neishkly was there to confirm the order. Smart man. Then Neishkly took over, reconfirmed the order, then walked the order to the pick-up window and reconfirmed everything was properly filled and in our bags. For the first time EVER, I didn't have to check or worry if my large order was wrong (it happens a lot). Both these individuals are candidates are why the best O/O's (owner/operator) are homegrown. Neishkly is ready for corp. to sponsor her to become an O/O. And Manuel, if he wants, could walk down that path. In the end, the food was fresh & sizzling, and we were well-fed. Something I haven't always said about Mickey D's. Great job, all. My full McD recommendation on this location. They do a ton of volume but are always smiling. For starters, the drive through line took almost an entire HOUR. I was so hungry that i couldn’t help myself but wait!!! When I ordered I specified NO CHEESE. As I am DEATHLY allergic and will blow chunks! When I got my order, I was given the biggest, smelliest, yellowist, cheese i have ever seen. This McDonalds location is out to get me. Afterwards, i walked inside to dispute my issue with the manager. Once i reached the counter, the manager looked at me, and proceeded to begin screaming that i reminded him of his late abusive mother. Furthermore, he gripped me by my scalp and proceeded to spin my in circles similarly to that one scene in matilda. I screamed for help but the employees just gripped my toes and zipped me into the fry machine. Similarly to that of world war one gas torture in the trenches. Back in nam’ this would have never happened. I have attached an image of my hair. please don’t go!!! In addition, i have been in their freezer for about 4 days now and i’m kinda growing accustomed to it so maybe it’s not all bad :) 5 stars for atmosphere!!!
