Contradictory to the overall rating, my personal experiences here were excellent. Food for 4 was prepared fast and made ready quickly, the service - both employees and self service - was excellent for this type of restaurant and the atmosphere was rather relaxed of a McDonald's. Furthermore, soda isn't served with cardboard straws as they are in Denmark, so that means no mixing of soda and dissolved cardboard straw in your drink. That alone is a major plus! The food was as usual and prices were fair.

My coffee was excellent, the place was extremely clean and the girl that was keeping the entrance tidy appeared very customer centric. Would have been nice if the barista allowed for some eye contact though.

. Staff is always nice and professional, design is typical “fast food” style, signs and logos always very prominent. To all burger eaters out there, enjoy your burger, enjoy friends and life- we are all in it, so far. - stay tuned for a better future. Concept IS ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL, staff is well trained and they keep up good energy and the place nice and clean. This place is a bit special, I will return to this spacious and sweet place, very money worth and the taste of the food is magic. Every one that compete with the world wide super chains are doing a great job, trying to break the power of the BIG ones;)Very good job done, all of you.

Friendly staff. Easy ordering on one of their 4 self service kiosks. Meal was delivered to table quickly. Not a long wait. Very busy place. One of the best burgers I had in a long time.
coffee - first of all! but it is a pity that you have to wait 15 minutes here for a serving at zero intensity.

I have tried many McDonald’s, but this one needs to work on their service. Even tough there was no queue, then we still had to wait 30 min for our food and when it arrived, then the soda was only half full and the food was cold.
We just had coffee, but it took very long to get our three ordered coffee (indeed we got 4...) Lactose-free Milka is available, but only for americano, Not for Cappuchino
