This place is going down hill and going down fast. The night Crew or what's left of it is terrible. Especially the girls working the window. And don't bother even coming here past 9pm. You will not get service unless you're Uber Eats or you've already ordered via app. No regular drive ups are allowed past 9pm.

I’m giving 2 stars currently, Reason being,
We came around 3 am on Monday morning after Super Bowl. We ordered simple things 2 dbl chs brgrs, 2 mcchicken & Lrg fry. We were the only car in drive thru Service was slow we waited for 20 minutes literally. mainly because there were 2 women along with staff in the back making their OWN food and coffees. The 2 women clearly don’t work there or were not on schedule that night. When we got our food the fries were cold and burgers had just cheese no mustard ketchup onions. I didn’t receive a receipt , my change back was guessed , and was $1.54 short
I understand it was 3:00am , it wasn’t busy , it was after Super Bowl, so why not have your friends/coworkers come to the job and make food. But you have to keep in mind that there may be customers who would like to pay for food and not wait for 20 minutes for the cheaper items.
I’m just saying, let’s be better.

Ordered breakfast through the Mickey D's app and the drive thru was taking forever so I tried parking and going in for my pre-ordered food. I stood at the counter for 5mins being completely ignored, even when I spoke up and asked if anyone was working the counter. One guy said that he was but kept working on the drive thru orders. So ieft and got in line for the drive thru.

Mmmmm lovin’ that raw, uncooked Quarter Pounder. Here, the food and service is always hit or miss. I filed a complaint with corp and never heard back. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different McDonalds.

Went through the drive thru tonight, waited an extremely long time in the drive through. 5 cars behind me left. I had a mobile order so I had to endure the wait. I get home and my order was incomplete. I was missing an order of 40 nuggets. I called several times. They do not answer the phone. I’ve been here before. The wait is long most days. I will refrain from placing big orders, if I come back at all.

I had an offer for BOGO breakfast sandwich for $1. I gave my code at the drive through and person taking my order repeated the offer and confirmed their location accepted the offer. I was still charged the full price. I didn’t realize this until I reached the pick up window. Manager on duty was very unprofessional and said there is nothing he can do to honor the deal since we have already paid for it and he closed the drive through window on us. I have written complaint to McDonald corporate office three time since October 2023 and no one has gotten back to me. Poor customer service and absolutely no courtesy at all.
I visited the Michigan Avenue McDonald's in Canton, MI for dinner around 8:00pm. My experience was absolutely horrible. When I arrived, the drivethru line was long, so I went inside. No one was up front and no one came up front for about 12 minutes. I heard at least 3 or 4 people in the back talking vulgar using profanity and complaining about the drivethru customers. I had a coupon for buy a sandwich, get one free. Therefore, I had to order at the register with a cashier. While I waited for any employee to acknowledge me, I ordered fries via kiosk. A few minutes later a young lady came upfront, yelled "number 68", put the fries on the counter and went back to whatever she was doing. She never acknowledged me or the other customer who came in. I loudly said "excuse me". No one came. I said "excuse me"again, then the same young lady came and took my order and the other customer's order. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches. It took about 8 minutes for my order. The buns were hard and the sandwiches were cold. The cheese was even cold. I asked the young lady could I have hot food. She went back to have the fish freshly made. About 7 minutes later she came back with two cold fish sandwiches. I asked for a manager and she yelled for him to come. 5 minutes later she asked him how much longer because I was still waiting. When the manager came, I explained my ordeal. He apoligized and said he would take care of it. He came back with 2 hot fish sandwiches. The manager was polite and professional. However, there is a training issue. Vulgar, disrespectful language should not be common amongst crew members in any place of business. No, I do not recommend this location and I won't return. The disrespectful language is unacceptable!

My wife Pam went to this store to order lunch. The quality of the food was HORRIBLE and certainly not what we expect from McDonalds standards. The order number was 1478. The Deluxe hamburger was seriously undercooked and after one bite my wife immediately felt sick. We have a picture of the undercooked burger but there seems to be no way to send it with this complaint. Give me an email address and I can forward it to you. Additionally the order contained 2 x 10 piece McNuggets which tasted like they'd been sitting around for half a day -- cold and rubbery. We've been eating at McDonalds for years but this particular experience is really causing us to reconsider

I don't understand how McDonald's feels these people deserve $16 an hour and in order to pull this off they raise prices on the food and past the burden onto the customer. Did wait times get any shorter did the food get any better did the staff get any friendlier absolutely not I'm tired of being the one to pay so much for s***** food and s***** service I'm absolutely done with McDonald's. There's no reason why it should take 10 to 15 minutes for me to get a black large coffee.

I ordered four sausage, egg and cheese McMuffins and they were all burnt so I gave the bag back to the manager requesting a new order that’s not burned. The big guy at the window was so insensitive and unconcerned and the manager (short, dark brown lady) was just as inconsiderate telling me to just accept my order since that’s how their toaster toast their bread (burnt) and if I want them any lighter then she would have to give the McMuffins to me raw. Wow. And after they remade the sandwiches using raw McMuffins, they didn’t even wrap the sandwiches properly they just throw them in the bag. Whoever that dark brown manager is in the morning need to be fired and so does the tall dark hair guy at the drive thru window. This is how the unwrapped sandwiches look after they just the bag. PS. I ordered sausage egg and cheese McMuffins but they gave me sandwiches that had old pieces of cheese stuck to dried up old pieces of Canadian bacon!!!!
