Based on the visitors' opinions, waiters offer tasty hamburgers, sausage & eggs and chicken sandwiches here. Try good muffins. It's nice to try great iced coffee, tea or lemonade. This fast food is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. McDonald's offers you food at democratic prices. It's a pleasant place with the comfortable ambiance. But google users rated this place and it didn't achieve a high rating.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service, which was both rude and disrespectful. I urge the management to address this issue, as such behavior can seriously harm a business. Leaders should take immediate action. This incident occurred on Saturday, January 27th, at 2:30 AM at the drive-thru. We initially ordered an Oreo McFlurry. Upon receiving it, we realized that it was actually an M&M McFlurry. When we requested the correct order, the employee asked us to return the incorrect one. As a former restaurant worker, I know this isn’t sanitary, especially since we had already started eating it. We suggested keeping it to avoid waste, but the employee responded rudely, insisting we need to return it now to receive the correct order. Her demeanor and tone were extremely off-putting. Despite my polite request, she continued to be rude, throwing away the M&M McFlurry in a harsh way and giving us the Oreo one with a noticeable attitude and rudeness!! Very poor costumer service. Because of this experience, I have decided not to patronize this establishment again. I hope this gets attention as every worked is the face for McDonalds. Well, it's McDonald's.... This is probably the best managed McDonald's in the Oakland/Berkeley area. Generally cleaner and it's fast, like the old days and UNlike most others within a reasonable distance. Additionally, friendly staff that deserve recognition considering corporate McDonald's has screwed up their entire system to such a degree that it's more often better to skip the hassle and long waits. This McDonald's is different and brings back memories when fast food wasn't slow. However, it kinda sucks to rate a restaurant high for actually meeting expectations, which in the service business should be the rule, not the exception. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Over 15 mins waiting for curbside. Employee said it was a big order and big orders take a long time. 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks is a large order??? I hate to think what happens when a family comes in with kids! Do better!!! Service: 1

This a message for the manager: today around 8:25 or so, I went with my very Mexican/African American multicultural family to your drive thru. We got a big order and since we have 2 small toddlers we ALWAYS ask for a extra cup and lid to share a medium drink. I don’t pay extra money for a cup but I just thought it was weird she asked for $.25 cents when the same place in a different shift has never ever charged us. Also, her attitude extremely racist towards my husband and I l, giving us the food like if we were with an illness. And she never gave us the cup, yes that same cup she charged my husband. Sad, I mean it’s not the money, I can buy $500 of cups lol. But is her attitude like if we’re nothing and she is so light skin right, that she can treat us like that. Sad.
