Try perfectly cooked burgers, they are quite appetizing. A lot of visitors think that the staff is hospitable at this place. The fast service is a great plus of this restaurant. A number of reviewers highlight that the atmosphere is cool here. But Max hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

They are not nice people working there. They don't know what products they have, they are laughing between each other when I ask what kind of shakes they have and above all, they are not smiling. Lack of professionnalism. Also, they gave us a milkshake that wasn't vegan altough I clearly said vegan (but they were laughing so probably they didn't care much). Several times we encountered issues when going to that place (eating there and take away). Other MAX are much better ! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went for lunch to max in storheden Lulea found the burger had absolutely no taste absolutely no seasoning..It came out looking like someone had sat on it it was that squashed..wil never go max again took one bite threw in the bin.disgraceful burger chain. Saggy sloppy burgers, did not receive everything ordered. Max burgers Haparanda was much better. Meal type Other Price per person kr 100–200 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Better than McDonald's but still at the lower end of the "good-life-choices"-scale. Burger-joint with no regard to the customers as they feed you with plastic cutlery and plastic strawed mugs at plastic tables more aptly used as benches at lavatories. Not a restaurant as much as a place for the loud-mouthed and culinary inexperienced youth or for those with no other options during a stressful lunch-break. Pricy if you buy a menu but just buy a burger and get out of there. #NordicManReview

Never seen a burger put together so badly was an absolute mess. Also for food that is supposed to be cooked to order this was pretty cold.

Max is probably the best fast food chain in Sweden; McDonald's doesn't have a chance in comparison. Very tasty burgers, also really good and fresh sallads and - perhaps the best of all - decent espresso! This place is located in the Coop shopping center so there is definitely always parking available. There is also a bus stop very close.
