Absolutely amazing time in one of the private dining rooms. My birthday celebration was truly amazing. I will definitely be back. The staff was great. A special thanks to the wonderful team members Alex, Tim and Arian. They truly treated me like a queen. P.S. The mashed potatoes melt in your mouth. Amazing dinner experience from beginning to end. The food was delicious and the service was awesome. The restaurant is also such a cool atmosphere in a historic, grand bank, that plays on the concept. I went all steak for my meal with steak tar tar and a NY Strip and both were awesome. The sauce and sides were also very good. We finished the dinner with the "gold bar" that was presented in a safe deposit box. It was a delicious combination of flavors. Service was excellent the whole meal. Great place to come for a celebratory meal...or just when you are in the mood for a wonderful dinner! Definitely on the pricier side especially for us normal 9 to 5 workers. So save this for a special occasion the food was exquisite I myself had the Tomahawk steak which was cooked to perfection the service was exceptional valet parking was available you must have a reservation. They do accept walk-ins but most of the times the tables are taken up. The atmosphere was enchanting you got the old school Vibes an enormous wine selection great desserts. Definitely taking my wife out here again. The little bit of photos I took and the one video does not do it justice looks so much better in person. My family and I have dined here multiple times and each time the staff is top notch. I arranged a surprise 60th birthday for my mother last night. The manager Holly went above and beyond to make this happen. The night was exactly like I pictured and the food was incredible as always. She was so accommodating, friendly, and very helpful with all my questions. Can’t wait to come back soon. The atmosphere here is absolutely amazing. The architecture is beautiful. This was our first time checking this place out, we went with our friends who have gone before. The food was amazing for the most part. My husband got a dry-aged Delmonico, and it was not cooked appropriately and it was pretty tough. That's really the only complaint with the food. Everything else was mouth-watering and delicious. The gold bar dessert was kind of like a PB&J. Our server could have been more helpful with menu choices or explained things a little more. The attendant was wonderful and so were the others who brought out the food. Our experience overall was wonderful and we were happy we went!! Absolutely stunning building. Service is top notch. The food was delicious. If ai had to give constructive criticism, the rolls are mediocre (reminded my of store bought Hawaiian rolls, and the salmon wasn't as high quality of a cut as I would like from a place of this caliber. My husband really enjoyed his steak, the sides were phenomenal, and we loved both desserts we tried. We would definitely return, but I'll likely try the scallops next time! Everything was done RIGHT! What a beautiful restaurant. The service was phenomenal!!! From the moment you walk up to the door. Steak was cooked, exactly as we ordered. Drinks / Dessert were delicious. My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience we were treated as we were the only ones in the restaurant. Christmas Eve Night they were busy! Our water glasses we’re constantly refilled, food came out in a timely manner. Next visit to Cleveland this restaurant will be on the top of my list to have dinner at again. Lobster macaroni and cheese is a must. Caymus wine. Espresso martini. I just can’t say how much we loved this restaurant. Delicious food. We got the porterhouse, asparagus, stuffed baked potato, wedge salad and oysters. The steak was phenomenal. Everything else was really good too. Great ambiance in a former bank building, live jazz pop covers was a great touch. Saxophonist was awesome! Although the atmosphere is phenomenal here, I would never come back. The service was terrible - we had reservations for 8pm, but didn’t receive our meals until 1030pm. I also ordered sparkling water and the waitress refilled it with still water and did not offer to replace it for me. When the food arrived - it was not good. Two of us sent our $75 lobster tails back - they were probably the worst lobster tails I have ever tasted - bland, overcooked, and tasted almost freezerburned (you can tell by the picture that the color is not right!) As far as the steak went, it wasn’t cooked to the degree I had requested, but since I already couldn’t eat the lobster and we waited 2.5 hours for our entrees, I just dealt with it. The only saving grace here was the AMAZING dessert and the beautiful atmosphere. But for over $1200 for a dinner for our table, I will never be returning….. very disappointing. This was our first time eating here and we came for our two year anniversary. This place is STUNNING and truly the experience to be inside. The food was incredibly tasty and the portions generous for such a fancy place. The coffee martini my fiance got was one of the best she's ever had and the steak was one of the most tender and tasty steaks I've ever had. This place is busy so be sure to make a reservation over a month in advance. Service was a little slow because of how busy it was, but still a great experience and we will likely be back to celebrate other happy life events!
