I reserved a table 3 weeks in advance for Valentine’s Day. When we arrived at 7pm the line was way back outside with other people who had also made reservations. We were told that they had double booked! It was also raining and cold. We waited outside for over an hour and then decided it was not worth the wait so decided to leave. They also had a $75 set menu which we were not notified of before hand . Needless to say they ruined our planned Valentine’s Day ! We will never go there again . Very greedy owners to double book. Why take reservations in the first place if you do this. I’m sure many other people feel the same way as I do I heard enough complaints while I was in line waiting. The food was absolutely delicious, and the tiramisu was hands down fantastic. We had a waiter named Beverly--I think and she was super kind and gave us a great experience. So my daughter decided on Italian food for her 13th birthday dinner. Choose this spot after seeing some positive reviews. I put in an order for $165 worth of food online. I put in the order 1 hour in advance and when my wife arrived to pick up, she was ignored and wasn’t acknowledged for 10 minutes after entering. Instead of the hostess greeting her a sous chef had to point out that she was standing there. The bartender/server was an up tight disrespectful young kid named max who came across to be possibly racist. Instead of greeting my wife a couple that was behind her who entered after was greeted and helped which makes no sense. She was finally approached and when she explained that she was there for pickup with email proof of order confirmation. The woman hesitated and went to the kitchen looking for an explanation from other workers. They return with a response for my wife saying that they never received our order but my wife was providing proof of purchase and receipt. Long story short they never admitted to making a mistake instead they ask my wife to wait 10 minutes while they started on the order. The food was bland and watery the only good thing was bread that came for the pesto dip. Sorry to say we won’t be back and let’s just say Im glad I wasn’t the one there to pick up. Terrible experience and not planning to give this place another try. My wife and daughters said they would’ve been way happier with Olive Garden.

Their exceptional seafood selection arrives fresh every Monday from South San Francisco, sourced from private fishing boats. We sampled the fish of the day, featuring melt-in-your-mouth halibut, a mouthwatering Cioppino in tomato sauce, and a Scampi Risotto that lingers in your memory. The culinary journey concluded with a delightful house-made dessert and a mocha brewed with a special Moroccan blend. Kudos to Luna restaurant! You've gained new enthusiastic patrons in us.
