Tonight was an absolute disaster! My fiancé treated my sister and I to dinner and our waitress was absolutely horrid! I’m a General Manager for a very highly recommended hotel so I understand first hand what customer service is. Our waitress lacked respect for me, and our service. Not once did she give me eye contact, did not tell us her name, forgot a few things throughout service and the whole vibe we received from her was awful! In all my years of customer service I have never received this type of treatment. I kindly advise the manager to have a serious direction with her. (We sat at the table in the middle by the bathrooms). We love your establishment and the food, when we come back we will not be served by her in the future! I had an amazing meal at Lucky Fins Greeley. The sushi and smoked BBQ were absolutely delicious - fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Our waitress, Misty, made the experience even better with her excellent service. She was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend! We had a great time on Valentine's Day! We were surprised when we showed up and they said all of the tables were reserved, but we snagged a spot at the bar. We had a margarita flight and they all kinda tasted the same; my favorite was the smokey mango, it took me back to Mexico. We started with the mussels and clams: they were tasty and a great serving size for two people, just make sure to ask for extra bread. My husband had the waygu burger and he said it was just fine, it was good but didn't "wow" him. On the other hand, I had the lobster mac and cheese and it was DELICIOUS. I would go back just for that. I'm usually hesitant to get Mac and cheese because I think it's a dish best left basic, but the additions to this one were perfect. We'll be back for happy hour! So my partner and I have been to Lucky Fins multiple times. We really love the variety of the menu and have never been disappointed with the food or service. This time we started with the lobster stuffed avocado. This is one of those appetizers that should not be missed. It was served at the perfect temperature, the lobster filling was very tasty and the sauce has just the right amount of kick to it. My partner and I shared th shaved prime sandwich this time. The meat and sandwich fillings were amazing! The caramelized onions and mushrooms really made for a great sandwich. The au jus had a garlic kick to it that made a wonderful addition. Lucky Fins knows what they are doing with the fryers because the French fries are some of the best! Try Lucky Fins, it will become that special place for sushi, or any time you want something other than chain restaurants. We love it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I’ve eaten here a few times. The food and drinks have always been great. Pictures are from two separate visits. The cherry limeade margarita tastes just like my favorite Sonic drink. I think about the mahi dish probably once a week and the sushi has been consistently delicious. Excellent service by our waitress Misty! So nice! Bread pudding more like a block of dense French Toast but good, calamari fresh, tender, just needed seasoning, my Dragon tempura roll, big and fabulous 👌 👏 others food looked amazing, big burgers, sushi rolls definitely worth it! I want to start off by saying that our waitress, Kendal, was amazing! Some of the best service we have received in a while. I will also state that the restaurant was clean and it had a nice decor. The food. It was perfectly cooked for each dish which we ordered and the presentation was very nice. I think the cooks did an amazing job with prepping what the restaurant has on their menu. I did knock a star off though. I docked a star because because for the price we paid for each dish, I didn't feel it was up to par. I ordered the Peach Halibut (my first choice was the Noodle Bowl, but I passed because I wanted fish and not just shrimp). Anyway, for the Peach Halibut, the peach salsa and the balsamic reduction were all that had flavor. The fish and the rice seemed to have almost no flavor whatsoever so the salsa and balsamic just took over everything, even the asparagus. Rather than complementing the fish or the rice, they just overpowered what was supposed to be there. It was a similar experience for lobster tots appetizer; just lacking in flavor. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed. While the main course for me was okay, the fish and chips for my wife were spot on and fantastic. Kendal listened to our feedback and gave a piece of cheesecake as a peace offering. This was also a let down. Plain piece of cheesecake with a spoonful of blueberry compote on top. It was just lackluster and lacked the creative enthusiasm of many of their other dishes. The price (yes we got it free, but the bill showed us what the cost was) is more than most other places for dessert and just did not live up to the price tag. I think these are just menu ingredient changes that should be made. As I said, the cooks did an amazing job and the food was prepared perfectly, I just think the directions they are following could be improved.
