I got their grilled pork banh mi sandwich to go, and I loved it. The meat was super flavorful and tender, and the rest of the ingredients were very fresh! They prepared the sandwich very quickly and the restaurant itself looked great. I’d definitely recommend their banh mi if you’re looking for a quick bite! Got takeout Plain Pho and Steak. Meat was full of gristle and raw in plastic. Soup was way too salty. I've been a fairly regular customer and everything was good. When I called to tell them they blew me off. No sorry or anything , just thank you for telling me and goodbye. I'm Not planning to ever go back. I was looking forward to some pho in this cold weather, but unfortunately, my experience was not as expected, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Upon entering with my guest, who has a service dog, the server suggested serving us outside due to the service dog, even though the weather was cold, and there was no available heating. When we told her "no, it's too cold outside" she informed that service inside was not possible. It's important to note that denying service indoors due to the presence of a service dog is against ADA regulations. This left us in a uncomfortable position, and rather than causing a scene, we decided to leave and patronize another place. I'm sharing this review in the hope that they will take note and consider making changes for future guests. Ensuring compliance with ADA regulations not only promotes inclusivity but also contributes to a positive dining experience for all customers. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
