I just wanted to share that we have been eating at the Dickinson location once a week for the last several years. Food is always great and the service is witout a doubt - the best around!!! First off food was excellent !! But let me state this up front, we barely sat down and a waiter came and asked what we wanted to drink normally I’d say that’s a good thing. Not 10 seconds later another person came and asked if we were ready to order I said oh no not yet. The same person came back 2 more times in less then 5 minutes no exaggeration, when we said no he turned and looked back at my partner and rolled his eyes and made a face! I’m not kidding then sent another person to wait on us. This is very rude and unprofessional the person who did finally wait on us was polite and efficient I tipped him nicely and we both said thank you and the food was great. Note with out your customers you would not be open with rude staff like that totally not acceptable … on a lighter note happy holidays and on we go come join me…….next time Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

No One Comes Here For The Food, but... We have gone here for years. Last night was worst it has ever been. Food was prepared poorly. The Chicken Bianco was served floating in a plate of grey liquid. It calls for a cream sauce... but this looked and smelled like mop water! I get the layer dip, the Pico was rotten and without color. The Guacamole my wife ate a few bites of was bad and we both have been sick to our stomachs since we ate here. The worst part is that they have changed their margaritas. They are now heavy sweet & sour mix, taste syrupy, and overall just bad. Overall, what standards they did have in the past have gone away. You are risking food poisoning if you ear here. As customers of Los Ramirez for over 10 years, we are done, and will never return again. I advise caution to anyone choosing to eat here. There are safer places that are very near by this location. ***Update 11/14/23: Business has not responded to review. The food is authentic. The Enchiladas are OK and the rice is good. The price is very good. The portions are large. The “California Burrito” was massive. You have to order things that are more traditional, that’s where they shine. I would have gone with four stars on the food, but, if you look at the bottom portion of the water glass, you will see black speaks on the inside of the glass that look like roach droppings. Delish!! The food was the bomb! Great chips and salsa and amazing enchiladas. The enchiladas verdes had a kick to them, which I'm not used to, but I couldn't stop eating it either. 🤣 Service was A+ too. They sat me immediately and all the service was quick. I tell this fool, cilantro, onion & avocado, he’s says no lettuce or tomato… yes with bean and cheese… and he had to go back and dirty another plate, just for the dishwasher… 🫠🫠🫠 I have to get cilantro and have my hands smelling like onions now!!!! Good food pleasant staff and lots of tables available. I like the fact that if you order a agua fresca you get one refill. If you arrive early in the morning and ask for chips and salsa you do have to pay $1.99 We got the menudo & nopales/chile rojo and eggs.
