We come here every couple of weeks and the food is always really good. If there's a problem, (like an undercooked baked potato) it is always resolved. But we often struggle with receiving good service. And the hostesses are very unfriendly, today they were missing for several minutes then came out of the bathroom together. Our server today seemed determined to ignore us, even though her area was not busy. She took a long time to come over and greet us, we were probably there 15 mins waiting to even get some water, while she chatted it up with customers at the bar. We had to ask for everything, asked for boxes, she brought one, needed 3, she brought one more, needed another one and a sauce container. Needed a bag. Brought us the wrong bill. Printed the guy at the bars bill before bringing us the corrected bill. Idk if she got ticked cause she saw us looking for a hostess and assumed we wanted her to seat us? The food was really good, my steak was a little more done than I like, but tasted just fine. My wife really enjoyed her salmon as well. Service was okay, it took a bit to get refills and such. Good Sunday afternoon! What a nice dinner all around! Our waitress Leah was friendly and on top of everything. My husband and I don't go out often we thought we would treat ourselves for a dinner out and it was a wonderful evening! The T-bone steak that my husband had was juicy and tender. I had the salmon it was wonderful, sometimes having salmon in a steakhouse is kind of iffy but it wasn't last night. My side was mac and cheese which was outstanding. My mango margarita was delicious my husband had 2 Modelos, this is one of our favorite beers. We were so full that we had to take our dessert home which was the chocolate stampede. The steak was excellent. The ribs were lacking, but it's a steak house, not a rib joint. Our waitress and waiter were both eager to serve us. This was my parents 60th wedding anniversary party. Holy smokes! My husband and I love steak, we frequent outback so we wanted to try something new. We landed here at Longhorn Steakhouse. We shared the Outlaw Ribeye 🤤 🤤 it was likely the best steak I’ve had in years, sides were good, chowder was good (not great but good) the shrimp appetizer was good and super big portion in my opinion. The Mac and cheese side … soooo yummy.. Fantastic choice for this particular 🥩! Great service, and decent food. Our Server did a great job taking care of us and all of his other customers. Our food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. My Wife's steak was fatty and chewy, but she didn't mind all that much. My young daughter liked pretty much everything on the kid's menu, so it was hard for her to choose. She picked the Mac and cheese, and it was just about the same as the kind that we can make at home. It would have been nice if they had mac and cheese that set them apart from the norm. I had no complaints about my pork chops. I couldn't have asked for anything better. They were very tasty.
