I placed my order and asked for bbq beef & katsu, when I got the food it was teriyaki instead of katsu I brought the plate back to them and Litterally asked them to change the teriyaki because I wanted katsu, the girl said she would get that taken care of I also stated I’m missing my 6pc Gyoza so they said they will have them out for me, waited almost 10 minutes again for my food and when they brought my plate out the order was wrong again !!!! They now took the bbq beef out left the teriyaki which I didn’t want and put katsu again no GYOZA i went up again and they acted like I was lying all speaking in Spanish and asked for my receipt I gave it to them and showed them I was charged for it. Idk if they need to be retrained for customer service or they just don’t want to be there….. The place wasn’t even busy…. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

They only have one option for gf which the first time I was given a sauce they said was gf turned out it wasn't which really sucked for a few weeks after cause i have celiac disease But they are super nice and clearly it was a mistake. I've gone back after that happened cause it's good and I can't eat many places at all everything nowadays has wheat in it... the Hawaiian BBQ is really good and worth going into!
