Just stopped by this location, had an excellent experience. Service was 5 out of 5 Professionalism 5 out of 5. Pizza was hot and fresh. Hands down best LC's in perris. Worked with manager Gabriel, Jesus team member and this other young lady. Didn't catch her name but service was great. Awful service. Placed an order online for future pick-up and it was not ready when it said. The staff are rude and incompetent. I asked about my order and they lie and say it will be about 10 minutes, despite already having been about half an hour. I check back in 10 minutes and it's still not ready. When it finally was ready, they didn't send an email confirmation like they said they would, the pizza wasn't placed in the portal like it was supposed to be, and they don't even have the courtesy to call out a name to let you know your order is ready. I had to go back and check to see if my food was finally ready. I guess it's the customer's job to do the employee's jobs too around here. And don't forget this is just Little Caesars pizza, not some really good pizza joint. Absolutely not worth the wait. Don't give them your service; they don't deserve it.
