Staff marked my mobile order ready for pick up, when I came in to get it and the cashier told me they didn't have the bread sticks. I could get wings instead or wait 8 minutes for my bread sticks I ordered, as they clearly thought they could just offer me something waiting in the warmer instead of making what I actually ordered. I ended up waiting for my breadsticks, which the cashier tried to just hand me with the sauce to carry out without a bag. He acted as if it was so awful that I asked for one.
