Little Ceasars Pizza in Smyrna DE leaves little to be desired. The Pizza Quality is poor. Not only are the toppings way too pricey, but the quality of the toppings are poor. The size of the Pizza is small & not worth the $9.99 + they charge. The Service is poor. Be prepared to wait an hour or more for your order. The shop is small & two seats they provide to accommodate customers, are inadequate for the flow of customers who choose to stay & wait. There are no bathrooms! But the place is clean inside & outside. There is ample parking to choose from in the parking lot. In a nutshell, if you like low quality food & are on a tight budget, this might work for you.
