Their pizza is consistent in flavor, but it's a toss-up on whether the center of the pizza done as it tends to be soft and saturated. When they cut the pizza, somehow it's almost never cut through. This issue combined with the soggy center creates a disaster l, as the ingredients slide right off of the dough. This has been mentioned many times to employees, but almost every time I go into their store, it's a new employee, so turnover may be the cause the issues are consistent. Lastly, the Covid-19 epidemic created an open door for corporations to price gouge their customers. The goodl old days of picking up a "$5 Hot & Ready" pizza is long, with a 50% increase in cost, which doesn't match the national inflation rate, which never exceeded 11%. 50% increase in price of their pizza to an average 6% inflation rate if I'm correct, mean corporate is making almost 40% increase in profit.
