The savory crêpes we ordered had an excellent light texture and the fillings were generous. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the strong flavor of cheap vegetable oil used to fry the crêpes. Crêpes are made with butter. Period. It's not an option. If this cart would spend a few cents more per crêpe to use real butter, they could be excellent. For those who wanted vegan crêpes, coconut oil or avocado oil would be acceptable alternatives.
