This is a Roswell jewel! The food is delicious and I’ve probably tried everything on the menu. Surprisingly it also carries out well through takeout or Uber eats! I need to figure out what is in their rice because it is addicting and so savoury! We love the Cuban sandwich and the fried yucca! Food: 5 Service: 5

This place is AUTHENTIC and they have the most delicious vegan options. The black beans are delicious! The vegan version of the picadillo is like authentic Cuban street food, something only a true Cuban chef could muster. The non vegans loved their food as well! While door dashing me and my wife were captivated by this place. While delivering the very heavy bag to our customer, the smells filled our car with food ecstasy. We took a dinner break, and ran back to feast. I was so taken by the flavors, smells, and atmosphere , that I forgot to take a picture and devoured my meal. Do yourself a favor and make this your only stop in Roswell for great Cuban food. I’ve been eating the picadillo at Lazaro’s for years and love it. Today when I went in for lunch, I learned they have a new menu item — a Vegetarian Picadillo Bowl. Obviously, I had to try it. As seen below, it has all of my favorite Lazaro’s sides, white rice, black beans, and maduros topped with his new vegetarian picadillo and fresh veggies. What a great place to enjoy with special people! The food is awesome and delicious. The fried plantains are sweet and a favorite of mine. The service was great. Food served right on pace. This is from a to go order that I picked up. The restaurant looks beautiful inside and outside, I really want to come back and dine in. The service was great, they had my food ready and it was packaged very well. I really enjoy the food. I ordered the Ropa Vieja y Lechon con Arroz. The rice was amazing and so were the black beans. Just fyi, the menu from the app I ordered food from did no say it came with beans, I had order some then found out the dinner meals come with both rice and beans. Excellent food and service! We had an early dinner here last night and it was a wonderful experience. The converted house is small but has a lot of character and I like how they’ve decorated it inside - especially the men’s room. 😂 We were greeted immediately and shown to a table in the back. Our waiter offered to give us a better table since the reservation was a little later - which was very nice of him. He was very quick, personable and took very good care of us the whole time. This was my first time to the restaurant so I played it safe with the Cuban sandwich minus the pickles (please don’t judge me). We also had the ham croquettas (sp?) for an appetizer and the were delicious. The sandwich was perfection - tasty, hot and the bread was excellent. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.
