We ate here twice on our trip to Branson in Feb 2024. We had our dogs with us and they were totally accommodating to them in the patio even bringing them water. We visit Branson often and decided to try out LandShark. We had a party of 9 and were seated immediately. We ordered our drinks/food in one go. After ordering, our waiter became non-existing. It was difficult to track him down for drink refills, condiments, or anything else. The tables in front of us were getting plenty of attention. The rest of my party walked out while waiting for the check (after finishing our food as it was taking a long time). I ended up flagging down another waitress who was able to get our waiter to come to our table. Just a bit disappointed with the service. It sounded like he may have been new so maybe it was a training issue. Next time we are in town we probably won't be coming back. We stopped in here on my birthday to just enjoy a drink & some nachos. Sat outside on the water, which was great! Nachos were good, but it would be better if they came with salsa. We had Ericka as our waitress, and she was phenomenal! She was attentive and very funny! She totally made my birthday. When she found out what day it was, she brought me out a free slice of pie. After careful thought and consideration, the LandShark deserves Five Stars. We came to this restaurant wanting a good taste of Florida, and they delivered. Our waitress Amelia was so kind and attentive! She managed her section so well and we had everything we needed the entire meal!!! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the Christmas Tree lighting! We will definitely be back! Thanks Amelia for a great meal! (P.S. make sure to get the great Tartar sauce!) The food was GREAT! We both got burgers and they were delicious. My husband got the land shark and I had the Caribbean one with pineapple and bacon (SO GOOD). The drinks were good as well. Unfortunately, our waitress was a bit unfriendly, but we didn’t let it bother us. We sat outside and got to see one of the fountain shows. It was very enjoyable until a few bees starting stalking us. We have been here several times. The staff is always changing but always nice. I absolutely love their fish and shrimp tacos. Burgers are great. For a Celiac family it's a gamble. The gluten free food is great! However it's best to take a gluten pill before hand as sometimes my celiacs get sick although minimal with a pill. Excellent view of the fountains from the patio seating. One of the best restaurants at the Branson landing. Food was good, cocktails were strong. Service was quick. They allow pets in patio seating area. Loved that about the restaurant. Try fish and chips you can’t go wrong there. Great Caribbean burger, so odd to have pineapple on a burger. It was sweet, but not over powering. The fish tacos stole the show! Nice soft tortillas and perfect fish inside, not too fishy but just the right amount. The chocolate lava cake was tasty as well. Also a great view of the fountains while dinning outside!
