Slowest service in the world probably. The place had awesome interior and the Hotel is amazing, but there is a small problem with the Italian Restaurant. First, the service is extremley slow and unattaining. The food was awful, salad was sour and had missing ingredients, main course was like home made Goulash with pasta added, desert was disgusting and just for show. Definitely one of the worst Italian Restaurant experiences ever. 👎👎 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Awful restaurant, the service is so slow and not adequate to the price point, the waiters completely ignore you even though there weren’t even that many tables. It should be ashamed to call itself an Italian restaurant, there is better pizza in Kopaonik for 200 RSD. It was bad from starters until dessert, the only good thing about the place is the interior design and plates. The salad had so much balsamic vinegar that burned off your taste buds, the pumpkin soup tasted like store bought, the avocado in the bruschetta’s was expired, I won’t even comment on the pasta🤢🤢 (btw upon entering they called themselves the best Italian restaurant in the whole Balkan). I never thought there could be bad pizza and dessert but you proved me wrong. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Очень вкусный итальянский ресторан. Пицца с мортаделлой и фисташкой супер. Брали еще брускетту с лососем, тыквенный суп, чай в заварочном чайнике. Все понравилось. Цены выше среднего в Копаонике, порции средние. Но сходить точно стоит, потому что вкусно. Официант был доброжелательный, не очень хорошо знал английский, плюс не убирал освободившиеся тарелки, но это не испортило визита. Вернемся сюда еще раз, если снова будем в Копаонике.
