Stopped in to pick up 3 dozen donuts as a thank you gift. The nurses and staff were so excited when they saw the boxes. Had to, of course, get one for us also. Delicious!! I went in on the day of my birthday for my free donut. I had the app as well as the barcode for a free donut. The African American short girl looked at me in an unpleasant manner and picked up a random piece of paper and said “from today we no longer give out free donuts”…. She honestly made me so upset. They need to stop hiring people who are not willing to provide customer service and can’t keep their unnecessary attitude to themselves. My birthday was back in August and I have not visited Krispy Kreme since. I even let my friends know not to waste their time and money there. Would rather support small private owned business! Drove ove an hour to get here. Bought $60 worth of donuts for 24 of the glazed ones not to be glazed enough and stuck to the box. I was served by the rudest lady I've ever come across. When I called about the donuts she wanted me to come back to the shop. I informed her I couldn't I lived to far away. She then wanted my card details the number, expiration date and the code on the back!?!?! Ummm no not happening. I contacted corporate waiting to hear from them. If you are planning to go to a Krispy Kreme...do not go to this one. I was at the North Whales PA location a week prior and OMG that location...is beautiful, brand new, clean and service was AMAZING!!! Below a picture of the donuts I got yesterday and stuck to box due to throwing in hot off the belt...needless to say I won't be visiting this place EVER again. Here is a picture of donuts from Havertown pa krispy kreme (the left side of the pic) & North Whales PA krispy Kreme (the right side of the pic)...you can see North Whales has much better quality than Havertown pa krispy kreme Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There's really not much to say, everyone knows Krispy Kreme donuts are fantastic. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I didn't have to wait long, they had everything that I wanted. The store is just okay, it's nothing fancy on the inside. Nothing crazy to look at. Prepared to be disappointed if you are coming to get a “hot light” original glazed donut. They do not make any of their donuts in house including the specialty donuts but get the plain donuts delivered daily from God knows where. The “hot light” donuts are actually room temperature with a gritty glaze and were most likely cooked the day before (or a few days before) due to the delivery. NOTHING IS MADE FRESH- well except for the watered down tasteless coffee. I don’t believe Krispy Kreme franchises should be able to drum up business by lying about having true hot light donuts. I won’t make the mistake again and hopefully you won’t either. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My family and I love Krispy Kreme donuts but this location is frequently disappointing. A case in point. 6 of the dozen glazed donuts we recently purchased were unglazed and rock hard. 1 of them was upside down. The place was dark and clean but not inviting. I like the ice coffee but a little too much sugar. The glazed doughnut don’t taste the same tho. We drove an hour and a half on a rainy day for Krispy Kreme donuts at this location 🍩. Had a nice seat-in experience with family and took a bunch of donuts home with us. Their wonderful staff was hardworking, helpful and very kind and the iconic donuts were super delicious as always! Even our 2 month old baby loved it there! We hope this place thrives for many years to come because we hope to be back! Much love and appreciation 💚❤️☔️

I visited here about a month ago(right around Halloween) with my boyfriend to grab some donuts for my first time ever at a Krispy Kreme. The location is pretty nice, it’s in a nice little shopping center which is great especially if you want to get some donuts after you do a little shopping. But my only complaint is they’re wasn’t really much of a selection of donuts, I really wanted some of the Halloween themed donuts but they didn’t have any out but it possibly was because it was late in the day(around 4:30pm). Other than that though I would definitely come back again since this is the closet Krispy Kreme to where I live.
