Was driving through Winters and found this place. Outside had that hometown dinner look. Entered and the service was excellent. Ordered at the counter and server brought my food out. Eggs were cooked to order and the meal was delicious. Would definitely stop by again if I'm traveling though Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
