I lost my wallet somewhere after purchasing food from
KFC @ 14555 Clearfield Shawville Hwy PA 16830.
I didn’t realize it until I got home 7hrs later. After reaching out to the general manager at KFC (we need more like him) Mike Mancuso, he verified me lol and actually took my wallet with everything I need to travel (at no cost to me) to the post office and I received it the next day 👏🏾. I’m so happy. I have to share this humanitarian action he took on. Without his attention to this… wow. So thank you Mr. Mike Mancuso. I thank you and Mindy Lundy (operations manager) for your attention and support in this matter. You have truly turned a frown upside down. Dear KFC (heads) these two humanitarians mentioned above are truly an asset to your establishment.

I only come here anytime I'm passing through on I80. The restaurant shares a bathroom with Snappy's so be warned (limited number of stalls)
I've been going here from time to time throughout the years and used to love it when you could also order Pizza Hut & Taco Bell here in the same area as the KFC is. All THREE used to share the same spot. However it definitely was too much for such a small building. I miss it only because the family could go here and each of us could get whatever. It was a treat for sure!
The only downside was service and food preparation. With limited space there was limited room to work on all those different food combinations.
Currently the KFC was good. The 3-piece was fall off the bone done with easy to pull off original crispy chicken skin. They changed the potato recipe and I still don't like it. The biscuit was good, not overly dry like it sat under a hot lamp for hours. The service was as expected, not super slow or super fast.
It definitely feels like they have stepped up their food prep even after they changed to one years ago. The last few times I was here it has been the same. Glad it's the fast food you expect.

Wife and I went to Clearfield KFC. Totally messed up our order, asked for 2 number 8 with dark meat. Instead we recieved 2 each chicken breast, not fully done. The drinks were watered down and tastless. First time there, will never go back. Very disappointed..

I ordered it with high expectations during my food trip, but the fried chicken and french fries that looked like they had been painted were the worst. I will never eat KFC again. It's really garbage food.

Decent place to stop by when u driving for 10 hours. Clean washrooms, quick service and KFC standard food. Mac n cheese for toddler was kind of undercooked but that's okay. Spacious and clean space otherwise.
Last time I visited few years ago there were waffles n chicken. Unfortunately this time they didn't have that on menu anymore. 😕 I wish they had them.

If you're going to go here, go inside for food. The last three times going here when in town the drive thru service was horrible at the window. No hello at the window, no interaction other than they took my money and then I sat there for 10 minutes. Then they had food and don't even say thank you or anything. I personally have worked in fast food and I know it can be stressful in that. But at least have some good customer service and be nice.

This was my first stop at KFC, and it was a good experience with a few things I wish were different. It took some time to order, but they were busy, so that was not their fault. My food was fast and correct, but my fries were cold. The big problem I had was with the stocking. There was no ketchup or lids. I did get both once I asked, but it took time to get them. The condiment area was not clean, very sticky. The staff were nice and polite, but I wish the soda and condiment area were stocked and clean. Other than that, the sanhwhich was good and correct. I would stop again to see if it was a different experience.
