Our food was good, and so was the service. My issue arose when I attempted eat a serving of the ice cream. The machine was very visibly dirty and had crusted ice cream around the spout area. And as someone who works with ice cream machines at another food location, I was concerned because that kind on buildup only occurs from poor maintenance and irregular cleaning. Despite appearances I tried some of the ice cream, but it tasted off, almost a fermented/ spoiled taste. And I am by no means an ice cream connoisseur, but compared to the location on Dowlen, this ice cream was bad.
