I’ve bought a plain chicken sandwich 5 times from this Jack over the past 2 weeks and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. it was hot, fresh, and juicy. (Unlike the one by my apartment which theirs tastes like it’s been sitting under the lamp since the last time the Cowboys won the Super Bowl. The young dude in the drive-thru even remembered me and delivered great/friendly customer service. 5/5 A+ 100% all that! I went in a little bit worried, I had checked the reviews before I ordered and I didn't have the highest hopes, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great, and the employees (at least the ones I talked to) were polite and patient. My only gripe are the drinks, I believe it's because of the water, but the drinks tasted off, mine was okay and I drank it fine, but it tasted off. Other than that the place was amazing, definitely enjoyed. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place has messed up on my last two orders. One of the stuffed jalapeño poppers was nothing but half of the breaded crust. Requested plain and dry Jack Jr. Only to receive fully dressed sandwich. Not the order takers fault. I saw them enter it plain and dry on the order board. Good luck and check your orders before pulling off. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Used the drive through and when I got to the speaker I was told to wait and I ended waiting for 10 minutes. Had cars line up behind me for seemingly no reason. People in front of me were also leaving because of the wait. I ask if anyone is there and get a “hold on” then a few minutes later finally someone speaks to me and I tell him I have an Uber order and they tell me it’s ready at the window. Get to the window and it’s not ready for another 5 minutes. Customer asked for extra sauce so I ask for it and dude looks me dead in the eyes and places one packet in my hand. Just go somewhere good. Whoever was on the headset today 12/19 around 7-730pm needs an attitude adjustment . Pulled up to the window picking up a door dash order because they took to long to acknowledge me at the voice box and the person wanna yell "yall need to wait at the machine" . If your on headset why are you standing by the front door. If the inside of the store is closed that early why not just put a sign on the door 🤔 instead of just standing there shaking your head no. Had to come back around the drive through because the rude person slammed the window on me before giving me the drinks for the order. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner

At least my food was hot and fresh. Was given only 1 sauce dip. Asked for 4. Was charged for the other 3. Ridiculous. They had music playing in the lobby, and whatever they had playing in the back. I couldn't tell what either one was playing. Those young folks were yelling at each other a few times. Then as I was leaving, I saw one female employee eating food in the kitchen with the gloves on right in front of the register. Jesus christ where is the management??? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY OF MY LIFE !!! I went on Christmas , it took and hour to get my food and it was cold and soggy , went back the next day to get it remade and the lady who calls herself " nique " was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered! I did not order today because I was refused service. I come to this location almost every single day and always order the same exact thing. Large mocha iced coffee(which is amazing, thank yall for that). Today I pull up and ask for that coffee, where the employee proceeded to argue and state that there was no such thing as a large. The employee then proceeded to have an extreme attitude, to which I returned the same attitude and energy. You get what you get. The employee then yelled back stating that they did not have a large in the boba tea(see that? They didn’t even have the order correct in the first place which a read back or asking for clarification would’ve been the first thing to do there). When I plainly stated that’s not what I ordered the employee than stated “Sir you have an attitude, it’s Christmas and you can go to a different store”. Don’t take it out on me because you didn’t tell your manager you wanted Christmas off. No one is forcing you to work there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was just at this location, I went to use the bathroom and some nasty employee and manager started literally BANGING on the door and YELLING. They thought I was in the bathroom with another individual doing “something” after getting kicked out of the building after trying to tell the staff that nobody was there but me with the door wide open they denied me service and I was told to leave. After watching them (employee and manager) go into the empty bathroom from the outside they realized that I was telling the truth. I got heated and went back in to yell at them for assuming nasty things of their customers. I knew better than to come to jack in the box. After they realized they messed up they tried to give me service and I was asked “do you still want to use our bathroom?” No apologies, nothing… I’m disappointed at this locations management. I stopped by here yesterday whenever it started raining for a quick bite and some shelter from the rain. Alexandra was my cashier and she was absolutely wonderful and made sure to get my order taken correctly. My food was out promptly and it was hot and fresh and exactly the way I ordered it. I would definitely recommend this Jack in the Box for anyone who is on this side of town. 5 stars
