Ordered the side salad and my partner got a double bacon cheeseburger. When it came, my salad had a ton of american cheese on it, too much to take off and I am extremely lactose intolerant, so much so that American Cheese makes me extremely sick. My partner got the wrong order, they gave him a plain chicken sandwich, no condiments or anything. I ended up tossing the salad in the trash because with my allergy, its completely inedible. This location is trash. I get off work arrive by 9:45 pm.I get home at 10:45 pm.I live 4 minutes away. These young kids just piss you off, all should be fired or at least trained by someone who still gives a damn. Food is cold after having to get back in line once then they still forgot a combo. Never spending money here again. Only positive thing I have to say is Tucker! That young guy went above and beyond and I hope he runs that place soon! Stay far from this place at all costs! Saturday 1/20 9:02am drive through. Must be the culture. Rude customer service. The manager rude as f! The guy who gave me my order just the same. I said GM, nothing, I said thank you, nothing. Must be uneducated for sure. I usually only go here during the week in the am. Pick up a quick breakfast for my grandson. It’s a Hispanic crew!! Hands down, best customer service.
