Got a couple Breakfast Jacks through the drive-thru. The line moved pretty quick the service was prompt and the employees were polite and friendly. Food was great nice and hot lettuce wasn't wilted and they even gave his extra mustard and napkins. Good Job! Service was friendly, but Drive Thru was extremely slow. Almost 30 minutes for 4 cars (self included). Ordered chicken sandwhich with cheese. It was completely burnt on one side, bone dry, and no cheese. I even double checked the receipt. I thought I would give them a another try since my last poor experience, but they have not improved. Always slow, understaffed and not worth $30. Corporate should really look at management and how they treat staff. I hope they improve soon. Disappointed. Unknown on food as we didn't get any. Google said they're open until 11pm. We pull up at 10:15 and go to the front door to see if the lobby is open. Sign says New Years Day hours are until 11pm. Sign says lobby closes at 10. We proceed to the drive thru and wait patiently for someone to answer. After a few minutes, some lady opens the back door and rudely yells "We're closed!" Do not recommend this location. Politely telling me over the speaker that they closed early would've been acceptable. Rudely yelling that we don't care what our posted hours say is extremely unprofessional! McDonald's on the other hand has good burgers and great customer service, even at 10:45 and closing at 11pm as their posted hours say. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
