The manager is rude . I ordered a buttery jack and it looked absolutely disgusting. ( Couldn't even tell that there was bacon on it) The professionalism was lacking especially when the manager used her gloves to dig in my burger and tried to give it back to me .I tried to trade it for a three piece egg roll and the manger refused and gave me two .She didn't even change her gloves when she brought her order to me outside. I waited 20 minutes to be helped at the front counter. There was a line in the drive thru but there was only one girl working. There was another girl in the back but she seemed to be too entertained on her phone. When I finally got her attention, she gave me an attitude and was rushing me while taking my order, will never return here! Mariam is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! She got mad and said many bad words which I can’t say on here and she also flipped my husband off as he was driving away all over a question he asked. I don’t know if she was in a bad mood or her husband cheated on her but she needs to calm herself down before someone puts her in her place. Ordered the Bacon ultimate cheese burger meal and two tacos. The burger was small that was disappointing cost more and everything is getting smaller. Also the young man at the drive thru window handed me my bag and said that's it as I looked in the bag he forgot to put my tacos in the bag so he grab them a just handed them to me while breaking one of the taco shell.
