My recent experience at Island Cloud Grill was disheartening. The overall service was subpar – our waitress managed to mix up our orders, leaving us with a frustrating dining experience. To make matters worse, the table was left uncleared, lacking attention to basic cleanliness standards.
Attempting to address these issues, we sought to speak with the manager, but our attempts were blatantly ignored. This unresponsiveness was disappointing, leaving us feeling dismissed and undervalued as customers.
While I understand that restaurant experiences can vary, the treatment we received fueled the perception that discriminatory factors may have influenced it. It is disconcerting to think that our attempt to communicate with the manager was disregarded, potentially due to our Latino background. Discrimination has no place in the service industry, and establishments must ensure equal treatment for all patrons.
In conclusion, my visit to Island Cloud Grill left me with a negative impression, mainly due to the poor service, order mix-up, and unaddressed concerns. I hope this feedback encourages the restaurant to improve its service standards and address potential discrimination issues.
