I've never understood the hype surrounding this chain of burgers. It's nice when you want an inexpensive meal, and all of the employees were very efficient and nice. Nice. The location was clean, the drive-thru went smoothly and quickly. And the food isn't terrible, so I'll definitely be eating here again if I'm in a hurry. Hamburgers were pricier than usual and it was still overcrowded as always. Took about 20 minutes to order in drive through, very inefficient system compared to CFA. I grabbed lunch here on my way home today and can’t say I will do it again. Been to this location multiple times, but mostly in the evening and the food has always been great except for today. My burger wasn’t cooked through and the fries were practically chucked in the bag, upside down on top of the burger. Some of the fries were overcooked and some were just soggy. I know that some people think it’s a long wait, but it’s always busy, so not much they can do. If you go thru the drive through anytime after 6pm you’ll probably have to wait in line 30+ minutes. I just want to say how amazing and friendly the staff is at this location. I live in the area and sometimes on my way home from work I just really need an In-n-Out burger. This was one of those occasions. I’m always greeted with a smile. Stacy especially was so helpful getting my order! If the manager of this location sees this review, to them I say you better be giving these employees some sort of bonus for their hard work I will have more things to say if you don’t Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I tried In-N-Out for the first time last week and it was amazing! I always figured it was good because every time I drive by the location there are cars wrapped around the building and through the parking lot. I just didn’t know how good. Those pictures you see advertised on thier menu board are an accurate reflection of what’s actually given. I kid you not, It was the most perfect burger I’ve ever seen and tasted, and was just as good as a classic burger I’d make at home. As a resident of LA, I’ve eaten at plenty of In-N-Out restaurants. This locations speed of service isn’t up to par with most locations I’ve been to. However, everything else met or exceeded expectations. Quality of food met expectations, staff was friendly, and restaurant was very clean (cleaning crews response time for turnover was excellent). My first ever time having In N Out, and it lives up to the hype. Everything in my double double cheeseburger was so fresh— buns, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, beef patties, cheese. Lemonade was amazing too. Fries were a bit too salty for my liking, but i guess to each his own. Cashier and staff were all so friendly too, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. This is a great location and offers indoor and multiple outdoor seating options outside as well. There's a fenced in area right across the parking lot with tables and umbrellas that's right next to the river and trees. The customer service here was friendly and on point. I had an incorrect order and the cashier apologized and quickly took care of it. Another employee also came to verify my order, apologized and promptly corrected it. They didn't waste time getting me my food and were genuinely intent on making sure everything was exactly as I ordered. It's rare to find a place that not only has good customer service and be as friendly as these employees were, especially considering how busy they were. If you want good, fast food and friendly service then this is definitely a place that I would recommend. The other guests dining here and people I encountered outside were quick to exchange a hello and hold doors open for each other and I even encountered a few people that complimented me on my Las Vegas Raiders attire.
