The establishment reopened today after its trial run a week ago. The staff was cheerful and positive the whole time. The supreme pizza was great and had great tasting sweet peppers on it. This place is AMAZING!!!! The pizza tastes so fresh! You can tell the sauce is authentic and homemade from scratch as well as the dough it was flavorful and cooked to perfection!! It was to die for!!! Everyone was so nice and very professional. The restaurant was clean, bright and beautiful. Just overall amazing and worth trying!! Visited the first few days they opened... they were very busy, and while they clearly are working on getting the place running smoothly, our food was ready rather quickly. The pizza, apps and the chicken parm sub tasted great! Prices are good too. Opening a restaurant of any kind is nerve racking and takes a while to become the "well oiled machine" you often see in established food establishments. Be patient with them while they get up and running... as stressed as they were, everyone was kind and helpful. We will be visiting again! The food was awesome and very reasonably priced. Yes you could tell they all were stressed and somewhat unorganized but they just opened so it didn't bother me. In a few weeks it'll be like a well oiled machine, they just need to figure everything out. I'll definitely go back.
